OPTIFER©

is an optimization module for production plans that is integrated into the PPS system RatioFer© and embedded in various production areas (pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, etc.). Order sequence and machine allocation are planned at optimal cost.

TECPLAN

is a tool for optimized assembly line production in final automotive assembly. Approx. 5000 work steps are assigned to the stations, whereby restrictions regarding sequence, space requirements, assembly tools and work coordination must be observed. A production plan with the shortest cycle time is sought, quickly calculated and flexible even after production modifications.

MBS

optimizes the use of test benches for development and production in the automotive industry. The various test requirements, dates, equipment, personnel and set-up times are planned with the goal of maximum capacity utilisation in consideration of priorities.

KTOPT

is an optimization module for the workshop production of extrusion blow molding machines. These machines, worth several million euros, are assembled, accepted and dismantled in a hall. After packaging and shipping, they are reassembled at the customer’s site. The skilful utilization of the hall area with the hall technology (access roads, connections, cranes) and the avoidance of conversions between orders is now automatically designed to optimize the yield.

CREWOPT©

is an optimization module for the deployment planning of flight personnel. It manages thousands of different personnel data, all routes and aircraft of the respective company worldwide. Work shifts, rest breaks, training sessions and health checks are planned automatically. In addition, the operations management receives forecasts of future personnel requirements.

SSP-Plan

optimizes the occupancy and personnel plan for complex road simulation test benches for axles or entire vehicles in the automotive industry. The complex tests make specific demands on equipment, set-up and implementation personnel as well as conversion work. The system simultaneously manages the occupancy of 6 test benches and takes into account priorities for test orders.

Lockwitz

is an optimization tool for the automatic construction of large security locking systems. The coding of the locking elements in systems with, for example, 10,000 locks according to the functional requirements of the customer is a combinatorial task of immense complexity.

Domkeys

now automatically calculates a resource-saving solution by combining different optimization methods.
